Axis Communications in Lund is now looking for an Agile Project Manager to Mobile Applications.

Who is your future team?

You will be part of the department responsible for the development of Axis' mobile apps, which connect end-users with our ever-growing range of cameras and other hardware. You will work closely with effective, self-organizing development teams with expertise in iOS, Android, cloud services, and UX. We take pride in a culture built on knowledge-sharing and mutual development. We are passionate about data-driven decisions, which in turn gives the teams great opportunities to influence the final product.

What will you do as an Agile Project Manager?

You will play a key role in facilitating our product development, ensuring that our teams have a clear and well-organized backlog to work from. You will act as the central point of contact, ensuring teams are empowered and can work effectively.

The responsibilities for the role include:

• Owning and maintaining the product backlog, ensuring it is correctly prioritized and well-organized for efficient execution.
• Breaking down requirements together with the development teams.
• Building strong working relationships with stakeholders, especially product managers, to ensure requirements, priority, and scope are clear.
• Coordinating internal projects and synchronizing dependencies with other teams and departments.
• Facilitating planning sessions and participating in the roadmap process.
• Taking responsibility for the data we collect and developing the process for how we use it to make data-driven decisions.
• Fostering open communication and collaboration between different teams to ensure a smooth workflow and timely deliveries.
• Together with other colleagues, driving continuous improvements of our development methodology and ways of working.

Who are we looking for/Who are you?

We are looking for a driven and motivated Agile Project Manager with a technical understanding of software development. You have an eye for prioritization and for how to create the conditions for successful product development.

We would love to hear that you have/are:

• Work experience as a project manager, backlog owner, product owner, or similar.
• A solid engineering degree and/or experience in software development.
• A strong understanding of agile methodologies and software development practices.
• A genuine interest in guiding people and projects towards common goals.
• The ability to motivate your teams by fostering an open and innovative work environment.
• A collaborative and open-minded person who builds positive relationships and thinks win-win.
• Fluent in Swedish and English.
